Raised in Yankton, South Dakota, Nathaniel David Becker was born on September 11, 1986, in North Liberty, Iowa. The middle of three sons, Becker played several sports growing up but developed an interest in film, theater and the arts in his early teens. At the age of fifteen, he had his musical debut in his high school's production of South Pacific.Becker had never been on a plane before his move from Yankton to New York ****. There he studied acting and film for several years before landing the role of Jonathon in Were the World Mine, marking his feature debut. Work shortly followed in commercial campaigns for Virgin Mobile. Becker has lived in **** of the five boroughs, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and The Bronx. Continuing his studies and writing his own works for the screen, Nate presently lives in New York ****.
